Playing with myself. Again.
About ten years ago, I went through a phase of twiddling my hair. Not only did I end up with knotted clumps of hair, I also went a wee bit bald. Nothing major - just a square inch or so where there should have been hair and there wasn’t. Fortunately it was at the very front of my head, so it looked like my hairline curved in.
Shortly after noticing the slight baldness, I made a conscious effort to stop the twiddling. And it worked. Until now.
For some reason I’ve started twiddling again. I don’t know why it’s suddenly come about, but I’ve been doing it a lot lately. I’ll have to stop soon as the amount of loose hairs I’m seeing about is getting ridiculous.
Not to worry, though; figuratively speaking I’m not losing any hair over it.
