Lisa and I caught an advanced screening of Shrek the Third tonight after the penultimate episode of this series of Doccie Who.

The episode was really good - John Simm’s performance was amazing. The resolution to last week’s cliffhanger was a bit poo, mind.

Shrek the Third was far better than I thought it’d be - having been quite disappointed by Shrek 2.

What with having a wonderful family, some fantastic friends, an absolutely perfect girlfriend - whom I get to spend such blissful time with - AND landing myself that dream job at Paramount Comedy, life is sweet.

Old doctors seen in new Doctor Who!

Well, sort of.

The best piece of design, editing AND sound design I’ve seen in a long while: UKTV G2’s Red Dwarf 110% Weekend/Easter weekend promo. Wizard! (And Gandalf the master one at that.)

The Mighty Boosh have just got in touch with some rather splendid news:

“We are currently writing series 3 from our Boosh headquarters 4 miles under Shoreditch. It’s going well. This time, it’s set in a shop and it involves magic eels, flying teeth and a moccasin called Stephen. We can’t tell you much more than that because we haven’t finished it yet. We start filming in May and it should be on your TV screens later in the year. Perhaps late summer. Or Autumn. Maybe early winter.”

Oh yes.

The At World’s End trailer released today has got me all excited. This year is shaping up to be an excellent one for big screen treats. Wizard! (And pirates! And spiders! And turtles! And… erm… John McClane!)

It’s official: The fourth series of Peep Show starts in a few weeks. Huzzah!

And now mother dear has presented me with another hat I’ve longed for. I am being spoilt.
